Oswego High School Alumni gathering this Saturday...

This Saturday, Oswego High School will be hosting a basketball alumni gathering called "Once a Panther, Always a Panther", after the Panthers host Benet.  All former basketball coaches and players are invited to watch the sophomore game at 1:30 p.m. followed by the varsity contest at 3 p.m. There will be a special recognition of the 35th anniversary of the 1974 Elite Eight team in between games. South Point recreational facility to open Sept 2...

Oswegoland Park District will open their newest recreational facility on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 810 Preston Lane in Oswego, adjacent to Southbury Elementary School. The staff will provide services to include registrations, payments and program information from 8:30-7pm Mon-Thur, 8:30-4:30 Fridays,  and 9-12pm on Saturdays.  The phone number is 630-554-5119.

Kid’s Triathlon Scheduled for Sept. 21...

The Oswegoland Park District will conduct a triathlon for kids in 3rd thru 6th grade .  Hosted by the park district and Oswegoland School District physical education teachers, the “Have Fun? You Won.
