Anthony H. Harris, 22, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Street, Aurora, was charged with three felony counts of unlawful use of a debit card Thursday by Oswego police. Police said they conducted an investigation regarding the unlawful use of the card at various Oswego businesses. The investigation began in November 2008 after a woman accidentally left her card at a business in the 2300 block of Route 34, Oswego. Police determined the cashier, Harris, took the card and used it without authorization.
