The Oswego Village Hall will again be a polling place for early voting for the Consolidated Election to be held on April 7, 2009.  Early voting began March 16th and will continue through April 2nd.  Contact the Kendall Country Clerk’s office (630-553-4104) or Oswego Village Hall (630-554-3618) for the exact dates and times.

The Budget for the Village of Oswego for the fiscal year that starts on May 1, 2009 and ending April 30, 2010 will be on display for public inspection at the Oswego Village Hall, 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego, IL, 60543 and the Oswego Public Library, 32 W. Jefferson St., Oswego, IL 60543.  The FY 09/10 Proposed Budget is also available on the Village’s website at www.oswegoil.org.

Allied Waste Services will be offering free yard waste removal for all Village of Oswego residents April 13-17th, as part of normally scheduled garbage pickup.  Residents must place all leaves and yard waste in the 30ga kraft yard waste bags and put them by the curb before 6am.  No stickers will be required for these items.  If you have any questions, please contact the Public Works Department at 630-554-3242
