The Village of Oswego’s planning consultant, HNTB Corporation will be presenting the draft Vision and Framework Plans at an open house on Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Village Hall from 6 to 9pm. The Downtown Plan is purposed to guide redevelopment efforts in and around the village downtown area. The complete plan will be presented to the Plan Commission and Village Board later this year for review and adoption.
The Downtown Development Committee is inviting all residents and business owners to attend for an opportunity to review and comment. HNTB will have a brief presentation from 7-8pm, followed by a question and answer session along with the village staff.
